We review and accept/deny returns a few times per day. Returns must be received before 30 days after purchase. Warranties are a limited lifetime for the original buyer of our parts.
Items Eligible For Return:
Ranger Point Precision has FITS and NOT FITS bullets on every product page to help you order the correct part for your lever gun. We cannot guarantee fitment of our parts on every lever gun built 1950-current date as many were hand fitted before leaving the factory. We accept returns from our customers for any part except those with the checkbox stating no returns (e.g. certain stock sets).
All parts must be in NEW CONDITION and arrive back to us within 30 DAYS of the order date. All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by RPP. Customers will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee plus the price of the Return UPS label. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged if the items are not returned in resalable condition, as determined at the discretion of RPP.
Refunds
Order refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of RPP receiving your returned parts.
Warranty Items:
RPP's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers our products throughout the lifetime of the original purchaser, except in the case of intentional abuse, neglect, alterations, and modifications, unless specified in our instructions or authorized by RPP. We will replace your part with either a new part or if that's not an option a store credit.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all manufacturers’ defects. These Warranties will cover any failure or defect in the product, which is the direct responsibility of the manufacturer.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to normal wear to the finish of our parts.
RPP does not assume responsibility for improper installation of our products. This includes broken or stripped fasteners in cases where the fastener has been over torqued or the wrong tool was used.
RPP is not responsible for the rust/oxidation of any of our metal components due to exposure to the elements, submersion in water or taking a flame to them.
RPP is not responsible for missing or damaged items purchased second-hand. (this includes websites like eBay, etc.)
All return requests must have an RMA that’s been submitted and approved via our online Returns and Warranty page. We offer a very quick RMA process: select a reason for your return, upload a photo, provide any comments, and generate a free return UPS GROUND shipping label and optionally also a QR Code for UPS Store drop off.
